This one was apparently running before it was garaged, and we don't know more because the seller has kept the copy to the minimum. It looks dirty in pics, but not too beat-up otherwise.
We do know it has a clean title and has had one owner -- or, at least that's what the seller says.
I'd honestly forgotten how the first-gen Eclipse looks -- it's kinda cool in a late '80s/early '90s sort of way. If this interests you, you can click here for more.
The car is in North Carolina with an asking price of $12,000.

Tim Healey grew up around the auto-parts business and has always had a love for cars — his parents joke his first word was “‘Vette”. Despite this, he wanted to pursue a career in sports writing but he ended up falling semi-accidentally into the automotive-journalism industry, first at Consumer Guide Automotive and later at Web2Carz.com. He also worked as an industry analyst at Mintel Group and freelanced for About.com, CarFax, Vehix.com, High Gear Media, Torque News, FutureCar.com, Cars.com, among others, and of course Vertical Scope sites such as AutoGuide.com, Off-Road.com, and HybridCars.com. He’s an urbanite and as such, doesn’t need a daily driver, but if he had one, it would be compact, sporty, and have a manual transmission.

I always liked these. But project cars always seem to take twice as long and twice as much as you expect. I ll buy mine sorted. Propper.
I don't know much about these but this is not a project I'd want to take on at this point. Perhaps in 2010...
Cool car, but that price sounds crazy to me.
